To start marketing on Youtube you need to create an account, once you have your account setup you are going to need a video camera or screen capture software, I have been using a Flip Camera and it works very well, also there are many open source programs for screen capture, so lets say for example if your website is about "Logo Design Tips" the first thing that you will need to do is figure out what you are going to talk in your video, so if you do not have a problem showing your face on camera then all you need to do is setup your flip camera and start talking, provide useful information to people, information that will solve problems for them, talk about your site and mention the url in the video, there is no need to add the url on the Youtube description because it looks spammy and people rarely click on those links and they are nofollow anyway but you will benefit from the hundreds of thousands of page views that the video generates, once people watch your video they are going to be interested in getting more information and they will go to your site to learn more.

The other option that you have if you do not like to be seen on camera is to use screen capture software to record your voice while you show people what you have on your site, both of this techniques work extremely well and people do come to the sites to get more information, if done correctly this can be a very profitable way to make money online because if you take the time and you make a video a day hundreds or even thousands of people will come to visit your site to read more about your product or service.
